This easy toddler-friendly meal only takes a few minutes to prep and a few minutes to bake! It is a great way to get in those veggies. Easy to serve for breakfast,┬álunch, or dinner – just switch up what you pair it with depending on time of day!

Ingredients:
Handful of cooked white rice
Shredded cheese (we used mozzarella but cheddar is great too!)
Broccoli, chopped small
2 eggs

Preheat your oven to 350 F. Grease your muffin tin or use a silicone non-stick version.
Mix your ingredients together, and then form into balls.

Put each ball into the muffin tin, bake for 5 Minutes.

Remove, check they are cooked to perfection and serve for breakfast or lunch with fruit for a nice well-rounded and easy meal!
