Raspberry Almond Sushi
This recipe is so fun for your little one to help make! Substitute your favourite bread, jam, and nut butter for a variety your little one loves to gobble down
1 Slice of Seed & Grain Bread
1 Tablespoon of Almond Butter
1 Tablespoon of Raspberry Jam
1 Slice of Pear
Using the Doddl Knife, help your child cut the crust off of the slice of bread. Use a rolling pin to roll out the bread flat, then spread the almond butter on the bread first, then the jam, keeping it about 1cm from the edge.
Start at the long end and roll the bread tightly so it makes a swirled roll. Slice with the Doddl Knife into pieces about 3/4” thick.
